Meet your providers
Grant Thomas, APRN
Health and wellness are not just words, but values instilled in me at an early age. This strong foundation is a guide in my life and has allowed me to serve the community in many different capacities.
I was a proud firefighter/EMT, a dedicated paramedic, and then became a registered nurse. I received my Bachelor’s in Nursing from the University of Central Florida and worked as a registered nurse in various emergency departments and intensive care units. I have witnessed firsthand the debilitating impact of chronic illness, which shaped my ultimate mission: to intervene early—long before people develop life-long chronic conditions.
My commitment to my mission led me to a Master’s degree in Nursing, obtaining board certification as both an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP-BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C), and have worked in the intensive care unit as a critical care APRN.
Together with my wife, we’ve built a preventative healthcare practice. Our focus is preventing disease, identifying the root causes of illness, and combining both functional and conventional medicine to deliver the highest quality of care. We want to help people live their healthiest and happiest lives and empower and personalize healthcare for each individual. Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors—whether it’s kayaking, biking, or traveling. Music is another passion of mine and I enjoy playing guitar.
For me, true health is about caring for whole person and embracing life to its fullest.
Ingeborg “Inga” Santoro, RN, EMT-P
I grew up in Germany and moved to the United States as a teenager, bringing with me not only a multicultural background but also a deep appreciation for the many ways people approach health and wellness. I speak Italian, German, and some Spanish, and I’ve learned that health is never just clinical - it’s personal, cultural, and unique to each individual.
I hold a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and am both a licensed paramedic and registered nurse. In the intensive care unit, my understanding of preventative medicine deepened. It is not just about prevention; it is about your freedom to choose how you take control of your health. It has strengthened my belief in the importance of early and proactive care.
My intention is to build an environment where people feel empowered to take control of their health. We believe that not every approach is “one-size-fits-all” which is why I, alongside my husband, have built a preventative healthcare practice that is centered on the individual. Our goal is to provide you with the guidance and tools to live a strong and balanced life.
Outside of work, I recharge by being outdoors. I love gardening, going on long bike rides, resistance training, and jogging. My next goals are to pick up surfing and to paint again.
For me, life is about the everyday and natural joys of life.
Our Vision:
“Revolutionizing primary care by making functional medicine accessible, personalized, and mobile — delivering high-quality, preventative, and root-cause-focused healthcare directly to patient’s doorsteps, empowering communities to achieve their health goals.”
